Fix ultimate on new Bards skin.

Skin is beautiful and all. But ultimate ability is making it bad. Why not make champions inside a snowmen and make snow in the circle. It would make it one of best skins. Please Rito.

Because it has to have clarity in that it gives a Zhonya's effect. Getting turned in to a snowman does not indicate this well.
