Are the 'Mountainous Flesh Forges' still a thing?

I'm trying to sift through the rubble of the Void update and figure out what's still canon and what has been discarded along with Kass' heroic backstory and Setaka being entombed rather than eaten by tentacles.

I couldn't find any references to the meat-factories in the Void; its old faction blurb has been devoured.

So.

Flesh forges and meat looms and such forth?

Are they still a thing?

Probably retconned. Also we're not sure if the Ascended killed by the Void in the story was Setaka, are we?

Well the voidborn are described as "constructs",so I'd say it is pretty likely that the void itself is essentially a flesh forge or at least contains these forges.
