Camille doesn't look like she belongs in League of Legends

Having seen her a bunch in the LCS (but not in game, she's always banned), I don't think Camille's look and appearance match the aesthetic of League of Legends, at all.

She's supposed to be this cyborg with robot legs, built in either Zaun or Piltover (I haven't read the lore in a while, sorry), but she looks way too sleek and streamlined. Compare her look to other champs from those areas; Ekko (bs kit aside) LOOKS like a LoL character, and matches the "fantastical science built from trash by an urchin" theme. Heimerdinger matches what USED to be the common look for Piltover, with cartoony steam/dieselpunk technology. Jayce's main skin emphasizes his cloak and light cloth armor/leather (the fashion reminds me of Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, maybe that's just me), with a big, chunky, ostentatious hammer.

Camille though? She looks like the Kaminoans from Attack of the Clones built her. Her technology looks nothing like anything else in the game, except for the Project or AI skin lines. It's frustrating to look at her because her aesthetic is so dissonant from everything else, especially compared to older champions (who only suffer in comparison because Riot has repeatedly changed their minds on what Runeterra is and looks like).

I guess my question is; what was the discussion about Camille's appearance and aesthetic, and how was it decided that she fit in this world? What are, in your opinion, the key aesthetic factors for champions from certain regions (Shadow Isles, Zaun, etc.)?

Camille probably better represents the top 1% of Piltover in both class and technology advancement. Effectively she's so sleek because she has better access to this stuff than the others that live their.

I'm confused how futuristic Piltover is supposed to be at this point. Camille is not far from PROJECT aesthetics but then you have champions like: Vi Caitlyn
She is definitely unique and her ingame appearance very distinct. Not sure if that's a negative or a positive thing.
