champ grunts removed?

Some champs that used to make grunts when they cast abilities (eg. Nidalee, LeBlanc) don't make grunts anymore. Why? And plz bring them back, there was no reason to remove them.

I want LeBlanc's "Heeyah" back and her attack quotes. They adressed the fix though, I got a riot comment on my friends post.
