What ever happened to The Journal of Justice?

I just discovered it recently and I think it's really interesting, telling us about all the anigans that are going on in Valoran. It also tells us what champions are doing when they're not slaughtering each other. It gave the champions a personality that we don't see in game (like Garen and Katarina trying to split up a bar fight in Kalamanda) and just makes them feel more like people that you want to know more about. The Retcon might have butchered it to the point of no return, but i think we should get The Journal of Justice back. I'd even be willing to write some fanfic for it.
