Riot please, for the next cinematic, make sure that the champions TALK TO EACHOTHER!

I know that it's more work to put in an already massive effort, to do this beautiful cinematics is no easy task. But those are one of the few occasions where we could finally see somereally cool interaction between champions (more then just 1 or 2 VO lines in game), and would also just raise the quality of the product.

Infact while the cinematics you did in the past are awsome, the fact that it's basically MUTE kinda ruins it. That's my opinion

All of these cinematics are SoloQ matches. Of course they're not going to talk to each other.

Riot intended for the cinematics to be universal (no adjustments for language). They specifically set out to make the champion's emotions and intent very clear in their body language and facial expressions - and I think they achieved it wonderfully. For example, Graves' "What you going to do about it?" smirk. You don't need spoken lines to have a narrative.

Gems gems are truly outrageous.

This would be a nice add in! :D It would take more work though. :c

Its difficult to ruin that badass Nautilus. I would rather see Zac in a cinematic than ever have a champion talk again

There was voice-acting in the videos for Kalista, Ekko, Shurima and Vel'Koz. I don't know why they have to have conversations in this format, it lends itself better to showcasing and action scenes. Narrating can be done over an animation, a proper conversation can't.

Conversations might be better delivered through other mediums; comics are consumed at a "slower pace", for example. In short cinematic conversations just slow things down, like the boring, dragged-out pace of animes. The difference is, mainstream japanese animation is designed to be easily produced, where Riot has a much higher bar of quality, which takes a long time to produce.

Why would they hire the voice actor again?

It costs money you know I would much rather have adicional VO lines to some champions

Takes more money doing actual VO, and banding up all the actors for that job is hard to do.

Voice acting is expensive. Too expensive.
