request for normalized volume for on-ability champion emotes

Dear riot,

Some skins have their volume cranked up just a little bit and their emotes are easily more loud than the emotes of everything else in the game. This means that I have either a bad volume setting for those skins (they are too loud and disrupt my enjoyment of the game) or a bad volume for everything else (I miss audio cues).

Please make it so that the volume level of those skins is the same as the volume level of the other skins. I would prefer it if my volume settings would be respected by the game.

(P.S. yes this is a "legendary skin" problem)
