They're always watching and they're always listening to feedback even though they don't always respond. After all, they do it for us.
The only time I've seen riot take our input since i started in 2012 was during the Freljord Fiasco. They retconned Udyr to be Freljordian and the community raised so much shit over it they almost relented by modifying it to "Udyr was born in the Freljord but grew up in Ionia. But his how was always Freljord, guys".
