So the reason is because they make cooler animations? Something that has no bearing on neither the lore nor the gameplay and probably amounts to nothing more than a few minutes of entertainment?
Heck the heroes in the trailer didn't even talk a lot,they mostly spouted some standard lines.
Blizzard makes some of the best cutscenes in the business. Does seem like an odd reason to hate another company though
With cinematics featuring more recent champs, Riot could pull it off.
However, the voice actors for champs that came out 5+ years ago are probably not available anymore.
Not to mention the most recent major cinematic (Legends Never Die) had background music with vocals. That would've been confusing.
Overwatch literally just came out relative to League. Of course they would have voice overs in cinematics. Not to mention Blizzard was already a huge company. Aurelion Sol and Tahm Kench, relatively newer champions, have voiced over cinematics. You should understand this.

HotS is just a commercial for the other Blizzard games its not something that they take seriously themselves
