Karma's Skins

I was looking through the splash updates for various champions when I saw Karma's splash updates for her skins. The two that are being updated (Sun Goddess and Sakura Karma) both still have her using fans as the main weapon. The Sakura Skin art even has her fans highlighted. Here is the problem though, after the rework, Karma no longer use fans as her weapon. I understand that her classic skin still have fans in them, but why are the fans not removed in these splash art updates? People who have not played Karma before her rework would not know why she has those fans as her weapon, and to the people who played her before the rework, well I feel like its a big FU in the face. It is like riot is saying oh yeah we removed every part of Karma's kit that made her unique and got rid of her identity, but hey at least you can still see she used fans before. I think it might just be better to remove those fans to avoid further confusion.

It's the chinese splash arts.

She's getting actual splash art updates later on.

These are just temporary ban-aid splash arts.

I personally prefer the ones with have right now though, they put a lot less emphasis on the fans and the dress imo.

Honestly I do hope Riot gives her another visual rework. If so, I hope they bring back her fans as her weapons. The fans added to her mystical and calm and composed nature. It added to the fantasy they were trying to depict Karma as, champion-wise, and that is this elegant lady that can tap into spiritual power to strengthen her allies or dampen her enemies' resolve. The fans made her graceful yet deadly and added a sort of "Tactical" appeal to her.

The mantle does nothing to her character other than making her look different from the rest of the humanoid champs. It made sense in her original (reworked) concept because she was supposed to be wielding twin dragons for her attacks. That didn't translate into the final product and we have her now throwing "spirit fire" for her auto attacks. The pillars also distract from her stunning models and just clash with her entire theme.
