i was told rusty blitzcrank is rare but i dont know much about that

Isn't rusty Blitzcrank the one that was permanently discontinued because it was so incredibly low quality that Riot was embarrassed to have ever called it a skin? Like basically a lower quality chroma?

If it is, that one is considered a huge mark of prestige because it only very briefly existed and is now inaccessible by any means.

Yep this exactly, by no means do I think Rusty Blitzcrank is a good skin, but it is incredibly rare.

Edit: I'd recommend getting Sir Kled if you enjoy playing Kled.

Anytime a Morgana skin is involved, it is great.
