She got a slight rework with the addition of mana on her passive and her attack speed shifted onto her e not too long ago.
Diana is fine, the only complaint people tend to have about her is that she is too much like Akali... but if anyone has ever played Akali they know that's not true. Yes, they both have multiple dashes and burst, but that's about it, and there are tons of champs with multiple dashes and burst.
Cz her kits actually fine?
She will receive a rework, but isn't urgent for now. Before her, there are: Aatrox, LeBlanc, Yasuo.
maybe becasue diana is very young, she came out after the regular champion pool? she got already a mini rework and she is on the list as a diver? her visula are fine, her lore is fine and the gameplay isn't just well but enough
