They're working on it, and morg already had a visual update. Not everyone needs a new VO. Ryze already had a complete overhaul a while back and fiddle is being updated come midseason patch.
Jax - yes Morgana - yes Alistar - he doesn't need a new VO, and he already got updated to the modern art standards (new model, texture, ability icons, animations) but no new skin splash arts Warwick - yes Teemo - yes Fiddlesticks - yes Ryze - scheduled for a VGU this year (after the MYMU and before Yorick) Nunu - yes
