VGU for coming years: The new tier 1 and the barely known tier 2

Tier 1: out of these likely to be done this year after Akali based on what we know.

Tier 2: & (both will move up to tier 1 as the list gets smaller) (she is high on the archetype list, so assumed to be t2)

Unknown tier but mentioned a few times: (full VGU but only changes to W), & (likely just visual updates for both) (minirework scrapped for now and in past she was even a candidate for VGU)

My personal hit list from these are but I am excited for all of the options! I like all of these characters very much that are slated for a rework.

Nunu was teased in the roadmap, so i believe that he is the VGU after Akali

I remember Kayle, Tryndamere and Janna were the first 3 champions that got a visual update but Janna also got an enchanted texture update later which made her model a lot more up to date than Kayle/Trynd

Damn I wanted to do this list. I agree with your personal list, but I’d throw Corki in there as well. He probably needs a modernization to his kit than any major changes.

I see people describing as a death knight. To me that says he’ll either be a juggernaut or tank.

Udyr is supposed to be a shaman, but his kit barely reflects that.

Nocturne is supposed to be a fear demon, but only his ult reflects that.

I see Kayle as a crusader, someone who rushes in and wipes out evil.

This is a nice list zoli ben. With all these reworks, it would take up to 7 years to finish it all. That's why i'm hoping that riot could hasten up the reworks to make the game as updated as possible because you might never know if league would still be as popular like today after 7 years.

are they really going to VU ezreal before stuff like Blitzcrank Anivia Ahri (especially her voceline or at least fix her tails) Gragas Corki ?
