Mistletoe LeBlanc's rework staff particle change

The current mistletoe lb staff particles have the 3 electric spheres surrounding what would be the gems in leblanc's staff. I was watching the lb rework skins spotlight and saw that that mistletoe leblanc only had the center electric sphere. It would be nice if this was the one skin that still had the electric spheres.
