Chroma sales
So it's been a while and I have a ton of ip sitting around, why arent chroma's on sale more often, I feel like this would be an easy way for people with excess ip to spend it

The onset of chromas for IP was launched with the intent of two sales per year. The second one should be rolling around here in September, I think.
