Possible to lower voice ques on Pulsefire caitlyn?

Hi all, i have over 1.1m points on Caitlyn and she is by far my best adc. I grabbed her Pulsefire skin and loved it.. Problem is she talks way too frequently.

I actually pick lunar wraith over her pulsefire and safari too because how much she talks in pulsefire. I talked to a rioter before and they said they were actually thinking of lowering the queue of project ashe so was requesting Pulsefire caitlyn.. I just hate it its not special when something is said so frequently just like '' i love you''. Saying that once to your gf omgomg i love you too babe but when you say it over and over she ends up cheating on you or something you know?
