Because originally Tristana was part of a race called meglings which was separate from Yordles. Kennan I think also used to be a female Yordle back when all yordles were furry.
This was retconned way back however, showing that Riot has done retcons before.
Because women are attracted to hair, and men are attracted to blue-purple skin.

Actually female Yordles have fur too,its just not as fluffy as the fur of the male ones and they have actual hair on top of their head too.

Lulu is the only one without fur simply because she is outdated.
The theory was that male has fur to attract females for possible couples. Females don't do courtership so they don't need as much fur (think of peacocks, only male has the long tail, or the violin crab that has one bigger useless claw which the female doesn't ). The exception here would be kennen which is a furry girl which I would guess is more about genetics playing a prank on her.
Sexual Dimorphism is a thing even for tiny rat people.
