Well, lore shattered around all places strikes again. It is only me, but the information is kinda really random and really... unfitting? White marks for a shadow assassine?

Does it mean Zed is also covered with white marks? Btw, I can't see any white marks, what are they talking about?

If you can blend into the darkness with bright skin, you're a master. At least that's what I'm reading here.

So I think I can make a sort of logical explanation for this to some degree.

1.) The white is your body "fading away" and becoming ethereal to some degree. Think of it like how you go from visible to invisible; the opacity increases tenfold until you're little more than a translucent shadow.

2.) White skin = pale people. People who are pale don't spend much time in the light. Ergo, Kayn being whiter/more pale means he's basically living in the shadows.

Is this foolproof? Probably not, but it's likely because they couldn't make Rhaast's darkin form an alabaster, angelic figure.
