She always was a generic and unfitting character. I don't really care if her story is awfully generic as long as it makes sense to be in the game. But you can never please these headcanon obsessed boards.

Am I the only one who fears it's going to be Frozen "ripoff" ("Scorched") and additionally it ends up with Annie not being able to control her powers, accidentally killing her sister and/or her parents, becoming psycho and this way taking control of her powers?
So.... You gave Annie a tragic backstory? LIKE WHY!!!! I mean Annie Parents are the one supposed to have a back story. Not Annie Herself! You just made her a mage that can not control their power so she hurts people dear to hear archtype....

its nice to see a story that explores world of an actual child in league's universe , no Zoe doesnt count too many complex " she is an ancient being" stuff in it!
I hope this comes qith a small VU a la Miss Fortune, because otherway we have a great cinematic and her old crappy ingame model that does not fit it AT ALL.

I think that her father(?) was not caring somehow about her and only about the "sister",either this or something sad really happened to make annie such a twisted little demon girl
Annie and her twin sister Emily went for a walk in the woods.There they found an alive evil teddybear named Tibbers. The 2 girls who got along very well began to fight over him. As they foughts,Tibbers noticed a flair of flames in Annie's hair.He jumped on her shoulder and whispered with a cruel,yet calm tone "Roast her,Annie". And this my friends,is the story how Annie-s sister Emily became ashes.

i think the new annie should have a much more deep story, something between zoe being playful but with a bit more innocence maybe? cant way to see what riot does with this
