Lee Sin - the only actual fighter in the whole Runeterra?

Is it me or League really lacks human characters who use only their fists and legs to beat their enemies? Is it really exclusive to Lee Sin or there are open rooms for someone new? Ionia could definitely have some good or evil martial artists like Ryu or Akuma of Street Fighter, with their own views on justice or power. Looks like the majority of this community doesn't want any new martial arts based champions. This topic can be considered as locked one.

We have a few that aren't Lee Sin. I allow them some leeway because even Lee Sin doesn't fit all those criteria (he does use a bit of magic).

Udyr is the obvious one, using spirit magic and fluid fighting styles. Shyvana has some armor and is wearing dragon-themed gauntlets, but still fights with her fists. is a boxer with giant metal fist-gauntlets. Gragas prefers his fists, head, and stomach in classic 'drunken brawler' style though he may hit you with a keg too.

I'd really like to see a sort-of Saint Seiya character. He could be from Mount Targon as his power would derive from Stars rather than Sun or Moon. I know Bard and Soraka already are Stars beings but it doesn't feel out of place.

All are human/humanoid and use their hands, at least. Eve I know kicks on a few of her attacks.

I think the reason for this is simply the way champs are designed. New champs need to represent some new kind of archetype. Lee sin isn't just a martial artist in the game,he is THE martial artist of the game.

Sure there are some fighting styles that are different enough from Lee sins and that could be included on their own,but even then there is the option to tune them up in some way(like Vi who is a boxer,but she uses giant mechanical fists)

So I understand you want more champions who don't use actaul weapons? Also in the end it looks like you just want another champion who doesn't use weapons regardless of whether or not they are human.
