Some of the champions in league have awesome backstories that would be awesome to play through as a single player campaign.

leading his undead armies to dominate the world would feel amazing, and could play in a similar way to Overlord.

could have a very interesting combat mechanic if his Z-Drive worked the way we see it work in cinematics and stories. That would be cancer for a multiplayer game, but it's perfect for a single player campaign.

has been a part of every Noxian military campaign (or so he says). He has every possible title. Seeing how this came to be would be awesome.
