Make us able to get URF Warwick

I am a Warwick main and I really want URF WW so I can have every skin for Warwick. Now just releasing it wont be good because it takes the value of the skin away so I have a couple ideas on what RIOT can do.

1- Make it one of the 10 gemstone skins. This isnt my favorite because I always just turn my gems into chest and key but I think that the Warwick skin could be a good one for the 10 gems just give him some yellow/gold color on his particles maybe give him a new recall so he feels alot better and thats that.

2- Make the skin drop as a level 5 honor exclusive. We already have Grey being just a standard rare honor capsule drop maybe making the URF WW a very rare version that you can only get for being the most honorable of players.

They're have been surveys going around in regards to the Runes rework coming this preseason, and rewards for the amount of IP you've invested in runes over the years you've played. One of them is the option to buy Urfwick for 150k IP.
