Medallion in "Blood of Noxus"

First off, amazing comic, Riot! It makes me super thirsty for more Noxus lore~

Second, I noticed that a certain medallion subtly made its appearance twice in the comic. Once when Quilletta and Darius happen upon the chemical slaughter, and once right at the end around Invetia's neck.
