... Would it be possible to finally make Shadow Prince Malz's particles gold or yellow? I know it's not Guardian of the Sands or anything, but those have sand-colored particles, and I think that would look really nice for his skin!

Even in the splash, the particles are yellow!

It's not the #1 priority for his rework, I can safely bet; but it is something that's irked me as a Malz player, and probably other Malz players as well! It would be amazing, and would probably give more players the incentive to buy a cool skin!

Changing the color would be too Malzahard for them.

While it would be cool i kinda doubt it. I mean they'll most likely only change 1 or 2 of his abilities,the rest will stay the same. So even if these new particles would be gold for shadow prince malz,the old ones would be still purple,which would kinda suck if some of his spells are gold and some aren't.

They usually don't do this, because it violates their skin tier pricing system. They won't recoup the cost it takes to do that work on the price of the skin, making it not worth the effort.

He's not getting his own rework, he's going in with the Mage Rework that is coming after the Taric Rework (Yorick is after this, not with it)

Honestly, even though I already have the skin, I'd pay extra for those yellow particles man. I've been annoyed with this ever since I tried the skin out for the first time in-game. I'm a Malz main and I would really appreciate it if the splash art matched the skin itself. The purple particles don't look right with the skin anyway. I get that maybe having them be yellow would be hard because it would require that price change but so many more people would be willing to buy it if it had yellow, gold, or sand colored particles.

Two ways to solve this issue Riot:

Update the splash art with the true in-game color of the particles, or
Update the in-game particles to be true with the color on the splash art.
