Dennis Collins Johnson. He's done some work with Gangplank, Heimerdinger, and Taric, as well as other things I don't care about.

It's a shame his last VO is about to be removed from the game.

He voiced new Heimerdinger as far as i know too. So that remains atleast. And who knows maybe he will remain for Taric too?

I would just wait and see how it goes.

He needs to. I cannot imagine anyone other than Richard Simmons, Ryan Seacrest and Dennis Collins Johnson to voice Taric.
