My Opinions on Strength of Champions excluding God tiers Part 2, sorta
A few notes before we get started

- That used the old class system (tank fighter mage etc) and this will use the new sub class system
- As to not be redundent champions that appeared in my last post will not be done again 4.I know this makes the name somewhat misleading, but im lazy kay. 5.I do not consider powerful races like Iceborn or Darkin god tier, but elementals lke anivia and brand I do (and undead and stuff) 6.DIRECT outside help will not be factored in any way no pix no nagakaboros, Armies and items will be excused because they are involved in lore and dont count as a seperate person 7.can we get started now? 8.(no) I did not include the support sub classes because its very difficult to place them anywere, Maybe Lulu is strongest, but shes half crazy, Raka is prob god tier since she can move stars with almost as much ease as sol and so on,

Vanguards/Wardens
Vanguards
This is a bit tricky since Malphite borders on God-tier being the size of a mountain, however I decided to include him here as the closish equivilent in my opinion was Nautilus (done last one) and Sion who has (if his W is lore accurate) will EVENTUALLY get to god tier. (might take way to dam long however)
Wardens
Whilst old Shen was nothing special, once he got reworked with his spirt blade his power went up significatly as it seems current shen can effectively use another dimension as a way to attack unexpectidely, I doubt he has in-human atributes however his ability to strike or defend with (to his opponets) an invisable blade is very helpful
Juggernaut/Divers
Juggernaut
3/5 juggers are either directly or indiretly god tier, as such this was a competition between Garen and Darius, and as such I want to list my reasons for why I think Garen is more powerful
1.his passive, Whilst I prefer to keep on the lore side of these, Garens passive, if representive to him Perseverence means garen isnt one to give up, and against one who relies on his opponets losing hope in terror (like darius) that isnt going to work
2.Garen has some level of magic he can tap into to, Darius has no equivlent
3.Hes couragous, Again against someone who relies on terror and overwelhming force (like darius) he is just going to keep getting back up and charging again
4.An inspirational figure, armies follow garen because he inspires them, armies follow Darius because they want to live longer.
5. Darius might be a better fighter, but Garen has more going for him elsewere, AKA he has better X-factors
Diver
again borders on God tier, But I belive he isnt to far from the best human fighters (IE jax fiora yasuo) atleast skill wise (yes experince hes better but experince doesnt equal skill on a 1 to 1 basis) hes also most likely very knowledgable
Assasins/Skirmishers
Assasins
The guy solo'd noxian guilds until Du couteou showed up Kat MIGHT be better then Talon when going against many foes, purely as an assasin I think Talon is better plus hes hella lot more acrobatic, Kat needs portals to fight against Garen, Talon is acrobatic enought to leap over high walls in single bounds. I wonder if hes related to a Bob Cat
Skirmishiers
It takes some serious badassery to be the sole practitioner of a martial art and try to solo Noxus sure he changes his mind after playing with a world rune(
) but with him having his thoughts and actions to be the same (he doesnt think then act or act before thinking, its one and the same) and being in-tip top shape with quite a few years of experince makes Yi perhaps one of the most powerful human champs overall
Way to many god dam mage subclasses
Burst Mage
Whilst syndra is either an impressive but not quite god tier yet mage, or a complete god tier mage and In my opinion lux just has the range advantage and copy abillity, Ryze is either just an experinced and long lived mage, or god tier then veigar is in a bit of a weird spot, I consider him non-god tier due to his overconfidence, megalomania and insanity, he is powerful enought to in my opinion be the second most powerful overall mage, and second burst mage (first being lux on old list)
Battle Mages
HEMOMANCER,
it may not sound threatning, but between insta killing noxian well armored royal guards in his lore, becoming a liquid on will pulling the life from whomever he pleases ressurection and a pack with the care bears makes Vladimir pretty god dam scary
Artillery mages
Wada you mean she doesnt count? Spears broken as all hell, fine
Vel koz is capable of disintergrating most (might be all) organic lifeforms, if gameplay is true, from a fairly safe distance however since I doubt he has the most condusive body for locomotion his lack of mobility and bright purple colors making him easy to see from far distances, either bright or dark makes me to conclude that in a direct fight Vel koz might win, against anything not named malphite he seems a bit to easy to work around for me to place him in god tier
