How come only Akali got a tattoo?
Like that title says, how come she's the only one from the Order( that we know of) that got a tatto? Did she get if after leaving, and if so, why? And do the rest of the order have tattoos? What's their meanings?

Akali as a more rebellious personality, so she probably got them as a fashion sense
if you looking for meaning well my guess is its a reference to Japanese criminal gangs known as the Yakuza, where they are portrayed having large body tattoo
She actually has one of those Harry Potter tats over her butt.
