Is Lux supposed to come across as psychotic?
Because since the new VO, I've been getting a bit of a high-pitched psychotic vibe...
"I have to focus... BUT I CAN'T STOP SMILING!"
Or is it just me?

Is it so hard to believe that there are people who are naturally upbeat and happy?
The line you're referencing is her mentioning her power.
Her power use to activate base on her emotions. If she's really sad, it might go off. If she gets too excited, it may go off. Her saying, "I must focus" is her trying to hold her power in, "but I can't stop smiling" is her trying to give the impression that she's okay and everything is going well.
Since when was Lux not phycotic
Old Lux definitely was, what with the brainwashing and all. New Lux, not so much. She found her identity and is legitimately happy about it and is willing to own up to it in most respects.
