It's time to bring in the Announcers Voice Packs

What are announcer Voice Packs? Packs that are buyable in the shop, that allow you to select a different Annoucner voice for your games. (The announcer is the one that says things like : Triple kill, Inibitor respawning, Turret destroyed and so on)

What voices, and how many? How many could we have? A CRAP TON. THink about it: • Almost every champion in the game could potentially have his own announcer voice pack. (Can you imagine Nautilus saying Pentakill? i can)

• General voices based on a theme: Mecha voice, Guardian of the Sand voice, Battlecast voice, Projext voice and so on

• Esport commentator voice: For those who follow esports, think about it, your favorite caster are actually casting your game with this method :D Can you imagine Phreak going like QUUUUAAAAADRA KILL? I can.

And probably even more options could be available.

Other games already have this stuff implemented, and i would gladly pay for soemthing like this. It's cool, it's fun, and breaks out the monotony of the same 10 years old voice

Don't forget the hud as well.

I want my battlecast Urgot to have Creator Viktor announce my game with an industrial battlecast hud, as i plop my battlecast wards all about.

Gangplank The Dankplank Announcer Pack 2.0 - same as the old gp pack but if you survive with like 50 HP, "you are a pirate" plays while backporting.

Bard Sona RekSai The Mute Mix Pack - you hear absolutely nothing (maybe just a few tunes and screams from Bard and Rek'sai, but for the most part you hear nothing).

Taric The Outrageous Pack - every sound is replaced with Taric lines, that get lower and creepier every few minutes, the music also gets lower and after 20 minutes you hear evil low pitched Taric laughs, death sounds and a low pitched version of the Jem and the holograms intro in the background.

Zilean The Oldtimer Pack - whenever someone dies, Zilean laughs.

Evelynn Akali Talon Vayne Twitch Teemo Shaco Rengar Khazix The U Can't See Me Pack - when you become stealthed with any of these champions "the time is now" (john cena theme) plays, also john cena himself is the announcer in the pack.

You can already download and use custom announcer packs made by fans. You just download the file and replace the announcer file in the releases folder. (Better instructions when you actually find one you want to use)

I've been using it since 5.20. It's safe and legal.

Dawngate did it, and I loved it but, Riot won't and CANT.

League uses the WWise audio format, and as a result have to pay the creators of the format money on a per sale basis, that's not money they're gonna really have to spend. Its why skins with new voices/etc cost more.

I would love a Lissandra announcer pack! (Also Elise Diana Sejuani ) I understand that I would probably cost a lot of money to hire the voice actors back and have them record the lines, but I bet Riot would make a lot of money doing it!

Announcer Packs would be cool as hell but they can't do it for every champ. Too much work because they'd would have to hire every single voice actor for every champion (some of which would be near impossible to get again) or find someone who is REALLY good at champion impressions (AntiRivet? lol). Caster voice pack would be cool as hell though lol
