Does Battlecast Urgot's new splash hint at a flying Battlecast skin?

We've been here before, but as a recap for the uninitiated there have been hints in the past that Anivia was going to get a Battlecast skin.

Those have been considered old news for a while, considered an idea that didn't work out. But then we got this...

Right below the explosions of Urgot's cannons there's... something. It doesn't look like part of the rocky landscape, nor a piece of debris, nor a wisp of smoke. It looks like something flying. We know it's not Vel'Koz, because he's right next to Urgot.

Could this be a hint that Battlecast Anivia is under construction once again?
