If Aurelion Sol was the Egg from Bard Mountain, how Old is he now?

I guess this is more a question of how long ago did the events of Bard: Mountain take place relative to the present. I'm just hoping it happened long enough ago that Aurelion is some big grand Dragon and not a tiny hatchling because he only just came out of the Egg 3 years ago.

Space travel makes time relative.

I personally doubt that Aurelion Sol was that egg from Bard: Mountain specifically, but I'm wondering if it was an egg belonging to Sol's home plane, perhaps the egg of one of his own kind. It might've been kept in Runeterra for safe keeping because Sol's people are few in number and have to protect their brood, so they put it in a relatively safe location in another world where potential enemies of theirs wouldn't find it.

I like the idea of the Egg being Aurelin's kid just because it makes Bard look like a Babysitter.

Bard looks down and sees the Egg destroyed a mountain Bard Looks like Eggy is not playing well with the mortals again. Time to take him home.

Well, the egg was stated as a dragon egg. And it was referred to as both a cosmic egg and dragon egg by rioters. Since Bard works in mysterious ways, and I'm going to assume that since The Pantheon, Aspect of War, showed up, everything's about to go to sod (did I use it right? I want to be fancy too) With that even the Sun and Moon aspects appeared, and we can see Diana fighting void creatures. If Bard Mountain an actual canon lore video (which I believe it is suppose to be), then the egg has relevance and not just tucked away purely to have it tucked away.

Besides, you know you want to see part of AS's background say, "...so The Wandering Caretaker poached the egg from the mortal realm..."

You do realize that actual animals (let alone fake ones like Aurelion Sol) grow at different rates and not all take ~15+ years to reach their full size like humans do?

Of course. However in most forms of fiction, Dragons have crazy long lifespans and take a good chunk of that time maturing. What I am saying is that I hope it's been long enough that he's grown to be massive + wise + powerful. I don't really want some small inexperienced hatchling as my Star Dragon.
