Why do Program and BQ Lissandra not have Green Thralls?

It seriously feels kind of terrible when a champions 2 most expensive skins don't even have custom VFX. Hopefully it's just a WIP still, or just a bug.

iirc Meddler said it was still WIP, guess they shipped it WIP because people got tired of waiting
