Fiddlesticks has the most outdated model in the game than any other champion, even the old Taric looked better but he still doesn't need a full relaunch so he will most likely gain a shen/gangplank level update, he will remain a scarecrow but with new clothes and visual effects, and a lore that fits the new league universe
The secret relaunch this year will be most probably be Warwick or Jax
It was hinted that it might be Warwick that'll get a full rework. All Fiddlesticks getting is the Low-Scope Mage Update, in which he's getting a new working passive and some minor tweaks to his kit.
