I mean in terms of his kit and the fact that he is still very much a more eastern style dragon (to me at least)
But just look at his kit! you could easily see it working as wind powers instead of stars, with a monsoon around him, summoning tornadoes, a blast of wind for his ultimate etc.
Honestly I hope you guys revisit the idea of wind and storms for a future skin for Aurelion Sol, it would be very cool for a 1350 skin.

I have I just thought it was interesting that they made a kit that ao shin would've worked just fine with. Suggests they just thought the galaxy dragon thing was cooler or they really wanted to do something for targon instead of Irelia, or whatever.

Aurelion Sol still has a very snakelike body and it wouldn't be difficult for him to get a skin based on ao shin.

Yes you could replace the effects with electro and wind effects,but would that really feel satisfying?I feel like that kind of kit wouldn't work that good on Ao shin,it would feel like a forced gimmick on him and like they didn't use the concept of a storm god as good as they can.
Though i do hope we'll get a thunder skin for him eventually.

And Riot said it was his animations that were the problem when they were trying to make him, not his kit.

So while there were problems with his body shape,his kit was the reason why they didn't even start working on that problem. I think the passive of Aurelion Sols E is pretty much their solution to this problem.
