Which champion do you think has the best or has your favorite personality? My favorite is Fiora, headstrong, rebellious and prideful, etc... I think riot did a great job on her. My least favorite is Syndra, she's just an angry teen. Pretty generic too.

If there was a personality I don't like, it'd be how the community portrays are a seducer. I know it makes sense, but I prefer the more animalistic approach.
For personalities I like, comes in first place. I literally cannot hate him.
Don't Like:
After his rework, his 'personality' became a lot more boring. More thematically consistent? Maybe, but compared to his old VO sounds like he downs tranquilizers with his booz.
To this day i can't recall a single line of dialogue he has, it's so unmemorable. No one ever talks about it, but he has to have one of the most boring personalities in the game.

Yeah, kind of in the same state as old GP, but i find his supreme confidence and boisterousness to be amusing. A most excellent laugh spam as well
She's kind of old now, i guess, but when she first came out i thought her personality was pretty cool, and refreshingly different. A punk rock chick who punches things? I loved and still love it, and she first got me interested in seriously jungling
His personality and VO is genuinely unnerving and creepy- like Vi, he was a refreshing change from the pixies and buxom utility mages most other supports were
If i ever start playing Tahm seriously, it will be because of his amazing VO and personality. I love the complexity and duality of it; a veneer of regal manners and wit barely disguising a monstrous side that reveals itself during combat. Riot did a very good job with him (kit aside...)
I love Jinx. Jinx is my favorite champion for sheer personality and was my main season 5. My other favorite is Vi particularly because of the conflict between her and Jinx.
I echo your sentiments towards Syndra. I would condone her disdain for former oppressors and likeminded individuals if she weren't so damn petulant.
As for a personality I do enjoy, my personal favorite is Kha'Zix. There is an understated quality in his quotes about Runeterra and its inhabitants, a sort of vague acknowledgement of their sapience and sentience. He understands the vast majority of his prey is composed of intelligent beings, but hunts them regardless, and it is the barest hint of perverse satisfaction he gives when doing so.

In my mind, especially when compared to his compatriots of the Void, Kha'Zix has moved ever so slightly beyond his purpose of adaptation, and is actively delighting in his bloodshed. In short, while most Void creatures are wholly obsessed with their purpose, Kha'Zix has developed sadistic tendencies that, while second to his goal of becoming the ultimate predator, is slowly warping his perspective. He is like the Nyarlathotep of the Void; while most remain amoral, Kha'Zix deliberately causes suffering.
It is deliciously evil and I love it.

I don't really get this. "Syndra is an angry teen" is a pretty common summary of her personality, but it makes no sense to give a summary of one champion while comparing it to a more expanded analysis of another, which is what you've done here. Obviously one champ being confined to one term (Syndra the angry teen) is going to come off worse than another champion who you've given a variety of traits to (Fiora). If I was to re-write your paragraph:
"My favourite is Syndra - headstrong, rebellious, and prideful. I think Riot did a great job on her. My least favourite is Fiora, she's just a cocky teen. Pretty generic too."
Suddenly Fiora looks awful in comparison but that's just because I gave way more detail about Syndra while making Fiora look far too simplistic.
The reason I'm pulling this up is because I actually think Fiora and Syndra have very similar personalities, to the point that all of the traits you listed for Fiora can be applied to Syndra too. They're honestly both quite one-dimensional aggressively confident, self-obsessed and rebellious women, with the only major differences being that Fiora cares more about taunting her enemies ("Poor form!", "Is this supposed to be a challenge?") while Syndra just kind of... wants to make sure they know their place ("Run, playthings", "Let them try to stop me")... and Fiora obviously talks a lot more about stabby action while Syndra talks about her magical powers. IMO you could even swap some of their VO lines without noticing - Fiora could easily say stuff like "They are nothing to me" and "They won't even come close", while Syndra could easily say "I have no equal" and "Others try. I succeed".
My opinion: Both Fiora and Syndra have pretty meh personalities, but they're super similar to each other. Loving one while disliking the other is a strange concept to me.

I left out a few who have horrible personalities just by virtue of having like zero lines, otherwise people like Kayle would have made it. As you can tell, I'm more likely to strongly dislike a VO than love it.

Favorite champions would have to be...
- For the exact same reason anybody else likes him.
- A man who knows what he wants from his country and sets out to do it. He has the will to see his country become the great nation he thinks it should be, and will not hesitate to do whatever is required for this cause.
- Draven has the most character out of anybody else in the game, I think. It's not hard to see that he REALLY thinks highly of himself. DRAAVEN
- My personal favorite champion in both personality and gameplay, right above TF. His lines seem generic, but they give you the feeling that he's fighting for a cause he truly believes in. But even then, he still goes through great lengths to fight Katarina! I enjoy the small twist and love how they worked together in the old lore.
- He's the best duelist in the League, lorewise and in gameplay. And he knows it. While he's no Draven (well, VA is the same), he's still confident and deserves that much.
- Their lore and personality is the whole reason I even bothered getting them. While they are the personification of death, they also have their own character each. Lamb, the gentle one and Wolf, the violent one. I think they conflict but also go together well and, at the very least, they agree that death is inevitable.

- He has a sense of humor in his cruelty that I really enjoy. His sadism is made clear in just about every line he speaks, but he doesn't ever seem like he's lost composure, either.
- Tied with Garen for my favorite champ, both lorewise/personality/gameplaywise. I can only really say that "Cheater's just a fancy word for winner".
Least favorite would have to be...
- I just can't stand her, I'm not sure what it is about her, both in gameplay and her personality. It just doesn't do well with me.
- He reminds me of Ezreal, except less intelligent. Just an adventurer with a fish twist.
- She's like an edgey Leona, except moon.
- lol "Nidalee" and "personality" in the same sentence.
- She's just an edgelord who runs away from her problems rather than dealing with them straight on.
- Eww. I don't like how she's supposed to be League's version of batman and all she does is talk about darkness.
- I can appreciate puns but that's like all he does. He's supposed to be a cool blood mage or what have you, but just comes off as somebody you can't take seriously.
- I enjoy his voice because I'm a big fan of Liam, but his character is butt.
Favorites:
Fairly sure he's literally impossible not to like. The guy is just constantly in a good mood, he's got a great voice over, his quotes are great, he's just a really fun character. Everything about him is fun.
Swain is just a really good villain. It's one of those times League manages to balance the "mystery" they love throwing into characters and actual facts and personality to make a really good mix. He's cunning, he's ruthless, he's always five steps ahead of you.
Very few things in League are legitimately creepy. Orianna is legitimately pretty creepy. She's a puppet to mimic a long dead person, but she can't really tell the difference. She's got this eerie, otherworldly calm about her, and she doesn't really understand...life, because she's never had it. She's not evil or bad, but she doesn't really seem to have a moral compass, and it's a little chilling.
Least Favorites:
/ : I'm not even bothering separating these boring ones. They're just dull. Vayne is Batman with zero charm or fun. Yasuo just kinda mopes and mumbles. "IS A LEAF'S ONLY PURPOSE TO FALL?" Shut up.
You can have a really fun cocky champion. Hello, my name is Draven. Ezreal is just...not. Everything about Ezreal feels annoying. His lines, his sneer, and unlike Draven, it's not played to this sort of comic effect. With Draven, it's so over the top it's hilarious and it makes him sorta likable, despite what a TERRIBLE person he is. With Ezreal, he's just like your annoying classmate from Junior High or whatever.
This one's controversial. I know some people like Jinx. I know some people like Harley Quinn. Jinx is just Harley Quinn. That's it. Her quips are obnoxious. Her whole personality is "XD MONKEY CHEEZE I'M SO RANDOM XD XD XD". It's like watching yourself as a 13 year old writing shitty emails full of memes on AOL or whatever, it's cringeworthy. The whole crux of Jinx is "LOOK HOW CUH-RAZAY SHE IS!" and I just...don't like that. If you want a pyromaniac, I think Ziggs is better.

-- He's just awesome. This great big hugely muscular guy, but he's a big softy and has a heart of gold -- even nearly killing himself to save a troll, of all things. I can NOT play Braum and be in a bad mood. xD
-- Adorable. She's crazy, silly, hyper and upbeat, but at the same time a soldier. Mostly it's just the cute factor though. xD
-- Also adorable (more adorable than Trist), but more humble than Trist. She isn't self-deprecating, but she isn't full of herself either -- and she's always going to stand up for her friends or anyone else in trouble, even fighting a giant golem thing. Hopefully she's cheery and upbeat like Trist too. (Taking rework Poppy, what I know of her)
-- Absolutely insane, but in a more benevolent way than Jinx. Lives in her own world and marches to her own beat.
-- His personality is hard to discern, but from the way he interacts with meeps, he seems like your favorite uncle; really laid-back and fun, screwing around all the time and getting into trouble -- though he can be serious when he needs to be.
-- He talks like a southern plantation owner, using unnecessarily large words and the accent... I just love his personality.

All the Noxus champs; way too violent and morbid for me.

I don't really like the personalities of and they are just soo one dimensional.
It basically boils down to "one likes music,the other likes wind".
Sure there are others who suffer from similar problems,like (loves gems),but at least he has this fabulousness to make him stand out a bit more.
