I dunno about that. I mean, sure she is a plant mage and all but I think the death blossom theme would mean the more pink/purple colors and more flowery looking.

It would honestly be 750 tier. Basically just a recolor with a slightly different apperance.

All of her spells are already flower/plant based so she would probably not receive any new particles.

I think they could do better than a plant theme for a plant champion. Like I wouldn't want a Volcanic Brand for instance.
