People complaining about chinese skins so often complain about the decent ones

See: the thread about musketeer TF, or crimson akali. or the vlad skins or toxic mundo. its bizarre to me that people complain about splashes that are as good as or, in some cases, significantly better than the old NA ones (toxic mundo and crimson akali are massive improvements). But no one complains about the new rumble splashes for example.
