I believe its not Lore vs game but just that Riot has gotten much better at conveying personality in a champ's kit as time has gone by. I don't think Miss fortune has gotten a major kit change ever has she?
I definitely agree though that Miss Fortune's kit doesn't really portray any sort of strong personality or theme.
Yeah,back when Miss fortune was made,they weren't that good at making kits fitting for the champion.
