The new Void lore is super awesome, but I have a few questions about some details

I feel like almost none of these questions should have their answers be kept secret for future lore purposes, but if a Rioter actually responds feel free to leave a cheeky ";)" if you can't answer the question just yet.

  1. When did Ryze's master actually destroy Icathia? This one is particularly important to me because it wasn't brought up in the stories but it is in the new canon of lore, so I'm hoping it hasn't been backtracked as well. In the short story when fissures were opening and geysers were spewing up stuff, I thought it was Tyrus destroying Icathia in a twist where he actually was trying to stop the spread of the Void. However, it seems that was just a part of the Void corruption. Did Tyrus destroy Icathia after the events of the story? Did he do it before the events of the story, long ago to bury the artifact that was dug up in the short story? Ryze did kill him because he was going crazy, but maybe he was going crazy because of what he saw in Icathia, the Void is known to destroy minds.

  2. Is this confirmation that the Watchers and the Frozen Watchers are indeed the same thing? I can't tell if it was meant to be a confirmation or if two separate things called Watchers exist in the same world, which seems highly unlikely. I know when Vel'Koz was coming out everyone pointed out all the eyes all over Howling Abyss and were like "HOLY SHIT THE WATCHERS ARE ACTUALLY FROM THE VOID" and it was a cool twist, but was never really confirmed and kinda just died off slowly. Maybe the Watchers are indeed Void creatures and the reason they are called the Frozen Watchers just has to do with the fact that some of them are currently frozen in the Howling Abyss. If this is confirmed I'm not sure what it means for Lissandra, maybe it just means she was corrupted by dark ice which is some other force while trapping the Watchers. In Ornn's lore she seems sketchy long before she is fully changed.

  3. I understand that you guys didn't want to get into the Void proper for this lore dump and it will hopefully be around sooner rather than later. However, you did skip past Zilean and Jax. Is this because they are being looked at for VGUs and you didn't want to write stories for them as of right now? I feel like both, Zilean especially, would make awesome kits for a VGU considering all the crazy game breaking things champion kits are capable of now.

  4. Before this lore dump, the Void region page on Universe said something along the lines of the Void always existing but the Void creatures being created as living weapons to fight a long passed war. Is this narrative no longer canon and served as a placeholder on Universe, or is it still around and will be explored later when some of the more fantastical Void characters like Vel'Koz and the creature Aurelion saw are explored? I thought it was cool for one, I could totally see the Targonians and the Voidlings being created as canon fodder in an ancient war of gods like Aurelion and Bard facing off against the deep space horror gods that were hinted in Aurelion's lore.

  5. How is Saijax (now Jax) still alive, and now that Icathia is gone where does he get his eggs? I'm glad vinegar was confirmed to exist in this story along with tacos and other such foods previously being explored. Looking forward to the chef champ.
