Annoying Impetual Threads. My Bad!

It's come to my knowledge that many players find my somewhat consistent thread posts on this forum annoying.

Sentiment understood. I will try to do my best to refrain from posting on this forum unless I have something new and interesting to say in the future.

Just to help you all understand the context of my previous posts, here is my opinion on Riot's current lore direction:

I see the forums as a place for debate, as Rioters will rise to defend their lore decision (when they actually feel like posting about it), I feel that I, as a player, should also be voicing my opinion on their direction...especially if I disagree with it! Constructive criticism helps Riot make LoL better!

As far as I know, Riot thrives on player feedback.

Keep in mind, I was around during season 1 where Riot seemed like it discussed most of its major decisions with us, and did not seem nearly as secretive. Maybe my expectations for the current Riot are not justified anymore.

Now that they're acting like pretty much any other gaming company, maybe it's time to realize how spoiled we used to be. Or maybe not, we don't know much about how Riot runs these days.

But for me, I really want to see the old lore come back. Whenever I have a new angle on that discussion, I will post it.

To be clear, I sort of have an agenda:

1. I want Summoners to be a part of the League of Legends lore again!

2. I want the League of Legends to actually exist within Runeterra! Why call the game "League of Legends" if the "League of Legends" doesn't even exist?

3. I feel that the lore we got through the Journal of Justice about the Institute of war was better than the CGI videos we are getting now. Why can't the written word tell a story better than a movie? From my perspective, Runeterra seemed more developed when its lore was text based! Runeterra felt like a world with political, trade, and military issues - in other words,** the world itself had depth**. It used to feel far more immersive than it does now.

I'm not trying to hate on Riot, I'm trying to tell them that I feel they made a bad decision with their lore direction, and I am trying to argue my opinion to the player-base, because there has been some really dubious stuff happening with lore in the last year.

I realize that this is only my opinion. I'm just trying to get it out there to see if anyone agrees.

I want to see this game get better because I care about it.
