Maybe spoken by Gang Plank or Tahm? We need lore in this game. I almost cried when I heard Lissandra talking at the end of the ARAM match.
The thing about that is Lissandra's monologue gave us history of Freljord at a time when that was relevant information to know in the context of the event/story/location. She talked about Freljord's history, how it ties in to the Bridge and how it ties in to her. Burning Tides looks like it's gonna be more focused on Graves, Twisted Fate, Gangplank and Miss Fortune, centering in on the pirate and lawless side of Bilgewater rather than the history of the area or the Blue Flame Isles as a whole.
So while I agree that it'd be cool to get a Butcher's Bridge monologue, I feel like it wouldn't really fit unless the entire lore event, including whatever happens with the champions involved takes place at Butcher's Bridge or has history around that place.
I would like it if they talked bout the Temple the the Bridge is linked to, and the Kraken image thing going around on all the monuments and structures in Bilgewater.
It could just simply talk about Bilgewaters history, since the bridge this time is in a definitive settled area.
