Why is kayn special? cuz he has shadow magic he has the will to just barely hold back Rhaast's corruption?
P.S : Aatrox seemingly got out of his weapon ez pz so does that mean aatrox is a stronger darkin than rhaast? xD
I mean.... Kayn has shadow techniques... im pretty sure that something like that would be considered "special"
Kayn has the willpower to resist Rhaast (up to a point). It's why when you transform into Rhaast, he kills Kayn and takes over his body.
Not to mention the guy who grabbed Aatrox’s Sword didn’t know what was coming while Kayn knew what he was getting himself into grabbing the scythe.
Kayn has enough willpower to overcome Rhaast's influence.
In Varus' case i think it depends on whether Val actually gives in to Varus' impulses, after all Varus is feeding on his thirst for vengeance.
Yeah... like what everyone else is saying, I think Kayn is just a more significant mortal than the average joe. He was more prepared for Rhaast than some nameless guy that picked up Aatrox's sword.
