I'm wondering, since the current lore team has little to no members of the originals there, does anyone know the original secrets behind certain characters' stories? I'm not asking for the secrets, I'm asking if anybody actually knows what the original intent was, or if it was completely forgotten, because the old writer never told anyone.
Tbh,I think that most of the time,they didn't even have plans for these mysteries in the first place,I think in some cases they merely created the character with "mystery" as a suitable backstory.
This becomes rather evident,when the JoJ finally makes an interview with shaco to reveal his past.....and we literally get nothing out of it...
If you mean you want to see champions' old lores before reworks or retcons, you can just go to the wiki, click on a champ, and click on the Background option on the top. If they've had a rework or retcon involving lore, you can click on little buttons saying "Old lore," "Older lore," "Oldest Lore," "Beta Lore," etc.
I'm almost positive nothing was ever written for Morde or Shaco. It's probably just a "Leave it open in case we have a cool idea later".
