Our lord & Savior The Urgod. It will a blue version of the base Urgot skins with the only other difference being the long, golden hair copied & pasted from Pool Party Taric onto The Urgod.

Well the victorious skin usually goes to the champion that had the largest impact on the season.

My guess is it will be a top laner since they tend to do a different role every season (last time it was a top laner was season 1.) I think Gangplank is the most likely choice since he's been pick or ban for most of the season despite tons of nerfs.
