Ability icons, sure. But the reason Riot doesn't do this for champion icons is visibility. If you only mean the one you see next to your stats, alright, but the one that appears on the minimap needs to be easily identifiable.

I mean like we dont get legendary icons, we need them. That is a custom set made by someone.

RLY? wow true dat rito shuld make dat work or at lest maek is so dat u can customize icons and pic of champ in game. u can alredy do dat wit huds, why not dis?

Yes that would be perfect for Dartveiga, and this specific evolution will be like the warlocks in WoW , after they do the green fire quest their spells become green
