Goth Annie False Advertising?

That's the old splash. The store obviously has the new one, but they never bothered updating the bundle. How would that be false advertising?

Her in game model also looks like the old art rather than the new art.
The reason it changed is because when Riot changed their art to be the same for every region, they had to make a compromise between Goth Annie's goth aesthetic and the Japanese Gothic Lolita Annie's lolita aesthetic.
They will eventually change the art for Annie's inevitable relaunch, but I'm not sure if they will cater to the goth look of the west or the lolita look of the east.
In my opinion the old art is so much better, but I imagine Japanese fans being pissed that the cute skin they payed for turned into a grungy goth skin.
There's also the old Ryze and Fiddlesticks.
