Swain's look is significantly different here and now that his rework is finally here, I wonder if this picture is no longer considered as canon.... It would be a cool idea to change the picture the same way Pentakill- safe cracker splash arts were made in order to catch up with the updates!

It would not be cool. Deleting lore, revisionism and erasing past history of the game is not cool.
Safe Cracker is different anyway; it was changed because it's a splash which is supposed to be reflective of the skin.
Considering the amount of detail shown in that picture I see no reason why that can't be the new Swain.
They actually took that reveal page down for a while. I think they may be editing it if it's still down.
