TItle. I feel as if the Battlecast series is just way overdone. Anyone else feeling like literally any other skin would have been cooler?

This is true, but this this could have opened up the door for an entirely new skin line to be expanded upon or expanded on an already existing cool-looking skinline that has very few champions in its lineup.

Actually, it's both a continuation of Battlecast and a new Skin line. The "Battlecast " name will probably be replaced later in development to begin with, but she's fighting against Viktor and the Battlecast (Like Jayce in the traditional Universe). She's the beginning of a potential future "Battlecast Renegade" skin line.
Im excited for the skin.

i voted for deep space but battlecast is a good second.
I voted for Battlecast and I'm fine with the result.
I personally voted for Deep Space, but I'm fine with Battlecast. Honestly, I'm just happy Riot gave us a voice in the first place.
Riot made a follow up post and revealed data.
They dove into the voting and checked out all population, casual illaois, hardcore illaois, and then even religious illaoi players.
Battlecast won in every segment by a huge margin....So to answer your question - THE MAJORITY OF EVERY SEGMENT.
Illaoi herself looked better in Battlecast than the other two concept designs. However, as was suggested in another thread, they should change the robotic hand to robotic tentacles, similar to Battlecast Vel'koz. Segmented and plated metallic tentacles.
