Whistler Village Twitch (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD)

Taking a quick look at SurrenderAt20 and its PBE cycle says that Whistler Village Twitch is getting a card (a display picture for loading screen) that shows you have the "vintage" version of the skin. (meaning you bought it when it first came out)

Does this mean the skin will be for sale once more? Please for the love of god tell me they're going to sell the skin again I have desperately wanted this skin for years.

I've been to Whistler (A mountain and ski resort in B.C Canada) twice (which is impressive since it means traveling all the way across the country into the city, then taking a huge drive out to the actual resort) I have intentions to visit the mountain several more times in my life time and it's certainly my favorite place in the world. (And I have been to many, many places)

Twitch is also my favorite champion gameplay wise, I love his kit. His gameplay style, his look, his voice lines, everything. So please for the love of god let me buy this skin. I don't care if it costs twice as much as it originally did just let me buy it.
